High Efficiency Pin Bead Mill
The interaction between the grinding media and the material is driven by the high-speed rotation of the discs. The grinding media and material near the disc surface are carried along by viscous resistance, propelled by centrifugal force toward the inner wall of the sand mill, forming a double-ring rolling turbulent flow. The intense motion among the grinding media generates shear, compression, and friction forces, causing the material particles between the media to deform under stress and creating a stress field. When the stress reaches the particle’s yield or fracture limit, plastic deformation or breakage occurs. Particles that have not been sufficiently ground are thrown back toward the inner wall of the sand mill by centrifugal force. This region has the highest density of grinding media, thereby intensifying the grinding effect. The finely ground particles are separated from the grinding media by a separator and discharged from the sand mill.
