The Vertical Kneader is a vertical-axis mixing equipment specifically designed for processing high-viscosity and elasto-plastic materials. It achieves high-efficiency mixing through a planetary stirring or twin-blade kneading structure. Its core advantages include zero-dead-zone mixing and high shear force, making it ideal for processes such as kneading, compounding, and polymerization in fields like silicone rubber, composite materials, and food dough.

Power System:
- Main motor power range: 7.5–160 kW, with planetary gear drive for revolution (30 rpm) and rotation (0–80 rpm);
- Hydraulic lifting device enables quick opening and closing of the barrel, improving discharge efficiency by 40%.
Agitator Design:
- Dual kneading blades (Σ-type or Z-type) provide differential speed shearing, suitable for materials with viscosities ranging from 50 to 4,500,000 cP;
- Hollow blades allow steam heating, with an internal-to-external steam distribution ratio of 3:1, preventing material adhesion.
Auxiliary Systems:
- Vacuum level up to 200 Pa, supporting degassing and reaction processes;
- Four independent temperature control modules (total power: 36 kW), with an accuracy of ±1°C.
